What if my dog isn’t obedient?
No problem! As long as the animal is safe, patience is part of the process.
Can I edit or crop the photos after receiving them?
No. All editing must be done by Flash & Canvas. No filters, cropping, or signature removal allowed. This is protected under Law Decree No. 63-85 of the CDADC. The only exception is minor cropping when posting to social media.
Will I receive all photos taken?
You’ll receive a curated selection to choose from. The chosen images will be edited according to your preferences.
Can I cancel if the weather is bad?
Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather or important reasons.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, if agreed in advance.
What happens after I make the initial payment?
You’ll receive digital sketches with different color and background options. The painting only proceeds after your approval.
I don’t have good photos. Can I still order?
Yes! Flash & Canvas offers a short reference photo session, depending on availability. These photos are for reference only and won’t be shared with the client.
Can I send just one photo for the painting?
I recommend sending several high-quality images to better capture your pet’s details.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Depends on the destination. Contact me to check costs and availability.
Are paintings shipped by mail?
Yes. Paintings are shipped after final payment and client approval. Safe packaging is ensured.
Can I request an invoice with my tax number?
Yes, but you must request it before payment.
When do I need to pay?
Painting: 50% deposit, balance before shipping. Private session: 20% deposit, balance before photo delivery. Dog shows: Full payment before photo delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mbway, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
